Do you list houses too?Not yet. For now we only assist home buyers.
How do we get started?Easy, we hve three simple forms to complete that you download from our website. Simply present these forms to any builder or homeowner on your first visit so they will pay our commission. In turn we use our commission to buy your granite counter tops.
Do we pay more for the house since you get paid a commission?Absolutely not. All builders have a commission for Realtors built in their proforrma. They know a solid percentage of buyers are brought to them through Realtors and that is budgeted into the price of all homes. If they drop their prices for every buyer without a Broker they would loose money and put their relationship in jeoperdy with the Realtor community. I've seen company's that give back 1%, do you offer that?We would love to give back 1% if you choose, we believe you would rather have $5,000.00 - $10,000 worth of value added counter-tops. What about builder bonuses?It's not uncommon for builders or home owners to give extra commissions or a bonus to sell certain houses. If that's the case, we will give you the entire amount over and beyond the standard 3% commission. Just think, its very possible on a $250.000.00 home that a builder will offer a 6% commission and a $10,000.00 bonus to the broker community (unadvertised) to sell existing inventory. In that case, you would get free $5,000.0 - $10,000.00 counter tops and our bonus cash of approximately $17,500.00.
Not bad considering if you didn't use our services, you would get $0.00 on the exact same house. Well, they may pay your closing costs, but we can show you how to get that on most all transactions. What if the home already has Granite Counter tops?Most builders, even in the most expensive homes install the least expensive Granite's in 2cm. Most reputable granite fabricator's only use 3 cm granite. But remember, builders like to give you the most for the least. As a result when they put in Granite in most houses, they use cheap 2cm granite. We will take out the builder granite and replace it with a higher quality 3cm granite in the color the you choose..... If you like the existing granite in the kitchen, then we will install all the bathrooms in the Granite / Marble or Travertine of your choice.......or if you choose, we will give you a 1% rebate back. Do you offer Granite in every house?This offer is good on any houses priced over $100,000. Do you offer Quartz surfaces?Yes, but only on houses over $200,000.00.......Quartz is actually a petroleum based product. As we all can attest, most petroleum based products have gone up in price over the last few years while the price of Granite has come down due to new quarrying techniques. It’s ironic that Quartz was invented to be the cheaper alternative to granite and now granite is less expensive. Do we get to pick out our own slabs and colors?Yes, we will give you sample boards to choose the color that you like, then you pick your own special slab at one of our local slab yards. The slab you choose will be the counter top you serve from. Do we get a backsplash too?Yes, in most cases we will install the very popular "classic tumbled stone" and a free stainless steel sink!
How do we know what builders are offering special bonuses?We will forward any new builder specials directly to you via email as soon as we receive them, as long as you are signed up with our program. |
